How long is processing and shipping?
Our grip tape takes up to 2 weeks to process. All orders are shipping UPS ground or UPS Expedited International.
I placed an order but haven’t received any order confirmation. Has my order gone through?
Please make sure to check your spam folder for your confirmation email. If you still don’t see it, please send an email with your full name to lit@litgrip.com. Let us know you placed an order and never received an order confirmation. We will look up your order and confirm it went through.
What is your minimum order for custom grip tape?
There is no minimum! This means you can create one design and we will print it especially for you.
Can I print Supreme, Louis Vuitton, or any other Designer brand logos?
No! Copyright law prohibits us from printing these, as it does for anyone else too. When you use our website you are agreeing to our terms of service and also verifying with the checkbox in step 4 of our customizer that you have the rights to use any images you have uploaded. All sales are final, we will charge a $20 service fee for cancellations or returns due to use of copyrighted images by customers with designer logos in them if the user will not submit a valid image after placing the order. All of the images in our libraries can be used for free, you can upload your own images, but please don’t try to rip off designer brands by making fake designer grip tapes with their logos and prints, it’s lame, and we can’t print it. Instead, upload some cool art you made, or use some free graphics, upload your own photos, add text, write something unique, or just get creative in any way, and see what you can come up with! Never underestimate your creativity and abilities.
Can i make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
We strive to provide our customers with their custom grip tape in a timely manner which means timely processing. We submit our orders for processing the following morning after the order was placed. Once your order has been printed/processed by our production team, no further changes can be made. Since the products are custom-made specifically for you, we are not able to re-use or re-sell the product and as such all sales are final, we charge a $20 service fee for cancellations or returns.
